The launch of a new form of collaboration with Oxfam Intermón
Unebox is a new initiative by Oxfam Intermón that redefines the world of charitable contributions.
How? In addition to allowing recurring donations, the result is delivered right to your home.
Specifically, this quarterly box—based on a subscription model—supports a different just cause each time. For example, in its first edition, donations went to causes defending gender equality, and the selection of products received at home came from women producers whose lives have been improved thanks to this type of initiative.
Because together, if we stay united, we can make this world a place with less poverty.
Connecting with those seeking new ways to consume responsibly
An aware and sensitive audience, informed and accustomed to consuming responsible products—this was a group we needed to reach with an innovative proposal. A proposal composed of two elements that, until now, had not been connected (donation and purchase), and which therefore needed to be explained as clearly as possible.
This simplicity allows us to raise awareness and connect with people who want to be part of the solution. People who are optimistic and believe that, together, we can improve the world we live in.




A name that unites and makes us participants
This initiative connects small producer families with people who consume responsibly. It connects people’s desire to collaborate with causes that need it. It links their donations to concrete projects. In summary, it brings together all those who want to contribute to reducing poverty.
And we could not imagine a name for it that did not arise from the union of two words. And what better than combining the two words that almost literally summarize it. Une Box. Unebox.
A positive identity to communicate that together we can reduce poverty

In this way, we convey that the project is a firm declaration of intent, shared by all who wish to join and collaborate. A declaration reinforced by the use of bright, lively, and vibrant colors that help us generate a positive and optimistic message.

A box full of just causes, the result of collective effort
To bring the initiative to life, one of the fundamental aspects was transforming the packaging into an essential part of the Unebox experience.
On one hand, through messages and tone of voice, we turned Unebox into a figure that speaks directly to its audience in the first person, in a transparent, close, and clear manner. On the other, we created a set of materials designed to explain, in an educational way, all the details and background of the products inside, as well as the charitable causes supported during that particular quarter thanks to everyone’s collaboration.

To reach our audience across different channels and environments, we defined a system that allowed us to arrange all compositional elements in a recognizable and flexible way depending on the format.
From there, we gave free rein to everything behind Unebox to emotionally connect with people.

A website that neatly compiles all the general information about the proposal and is updated every quarter according to the cause being supported, ensuring its value is highlighted.
The landing page also allows users to subscribe to the initiative easily and in just a few steps.
